What is the normal delivery time to receive my order?
A
All in-stock orders are shipped from our facility within 48-72 hours. If we are out of stock on any oil paintings in your order, we will promptly commission our artists to hand-paint your oil paintings. Normal delivery for commissioned oil paintings can range from 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork. However, if you are in a rush to receive your order, we would be happy to elevate your order to “Priority Status” at a nominal fee. For more information regarding “Priority Status” orders, please contact our Customer Service Department.

If I order framed oil paintings, will they arrive ready to hang?
A
Yes, when you order frames for your oil paintings, our professional framers carefully stretch each oil painting canvas onto wood stretcher bars and mount the oil painting into the frame. In addition, our framers install all heavy-duty hanging hardware on the frame and supply you with gallery quality hooks to nail into your wall. When you receive your shipment, simply take the framed oil paintings out of the box and hang them on your wall.

Will the oil paintings I receive look the same as the images I see on your website?

Simply e-mail us the photo you wish to have painted into an oil painting, and one of our representatives will contact you to discuss the size you require, framing options, and any instructions you wish to be conveyed to our artist. We can even paint breathtaking portraits of your pets, houses, boats, cars, and so much more. This is a totally custom oil painting, so we can make endless changes, including combining two or more photos into one oil painting and changing the background setting.

All of our fine art paintings are at true wholesale prices, directly from our oil painting factory! Only 5%-20% of the retailing price at galleries in your city!

Yes. Custom sizes are available. The width is up to 3.8 meters, no limit to length.

Our paintings are 100% handmade, at the same time we offer giclee canvas prints If you want giclee canvas prints, please contact us and let we know your order, then we will quote you the prices!

Can't find what you want?
A
You can email us the picture which you want us to paint, or send us the link of the picture. We will quote you the price when we check the picture. If you do not have the picture, you can tell us the information you know about the paintings, such as the artist, art title etc. We will do our best to find the picture. It is our honor to serve you!

Can I change the background or the head of the people in the paintings?

Of course! We will work on the paintings according to the customer's request! Some of our customers always like to put their own head pic onto the people in some famous works. Such as in the picture of Monalisa.

Can we accept down payment to start painting?
A

Yes.

    We would like to accept your down payment, 40% of the total to start to paint.

    If you request we'll take pictures of the finished painting by digital camera and send you by email, you needn't pay the balance until you are satisfied with the quality. It's also the best guarantee for your money safe

What payment terms do we accept and how much are corresponding transfer cost for your ordered frame, oil painting & acrylic paintings?

1) Western Union Telegraph(www.westernunion.com)

The money will arrive in 5-30 minutes. We are willing to share half of the bank charges if the production cost is more than US$1,000.

2) T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)

The money will arrive in 2-7 days.

3)C/C (Credit Card)

The money will arrive in 2-7 days if transfered from your bank. You can also transfer from www.westernunion.com or www.paypal.com online in a few minutes.

4) L/C(Letter of Credit)

We accept L/C for large-quantity orders.

5) Paypal online(www.paypal.com)

We accept the fastest paypal payment online. For more information, please check www.paypal.com

How we should do if you need pay high import tax to your customs, like Eastern Euro, Africa, South America?
A

For small quantity shipped by express, we always state proper value so need not apply to the Customs.

Please inform us if the Customs in you country has special requirements. You may inquiry your Customs or foreign trade company for detailed information and necessary procedures.

For big quantity shipped by China Air post or by sea, you are supposed to apply to the Customs. You can inform us of specific ways to prepare necessary documents according to import requirements in your country.

What about Package of the paintings.

The unstretched paintings are covered by a piece of thin film and are rolled into a hard cardboard tube;

Use carton for stretched or framed paintings;

Wooden crates for stretched or framed paintings in big sizes or big quantity.

What methods of shipment do we use?
A

Sea, China Air Post, Global Express (UPS, DHL, TNT, Federal, EMS Express)

It needs 60kgs by air, and 200kgs by sea. If delivery by air and by sea, you have to clear the customs and bear the charge for clearing, and charge the fee of transportation from the port to your home.
